Krachecker.co.ke is an independent taxpayer verification platform operated by Jigrow Limited.

The platform provides taxpayer verification, KRA PIN checks, tax obligation checks, eTIMS-related checks, and related compliance services through electronic verification channels.

Krachecker.co.ke is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Kenya Revenue Authority.

Certain services offered through Krachecker.co.ke may require payment before processing.

Applicable fees will be displayed before payment is requested. Fees may cover platform operation, infrastructure, payment processing, security, support, maintenance, and service delivery costs.

Payment does not guarantee that a verification result will be available where third-party systems, user information, connectivity, or external verification channels fail or return no matching record.

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be declined where a request has already been processed, a third-party verification request has been submitted, a payment cost has been incurred, or the issue arose from incorrect information provided by the user.

By using the platform, you consent to the processing of information necessary to provide the requested verification service.

Information may be processed, transmitted, logged, retained, or archived where necessary for service delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, security monitoring, dispute resolution, customer support, auditing, and compliance with applicable laws.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Verification results depend on information submitted by the user, system availability, third-party registry responses, and external verification channels.

We do not warrant that every query will return a result, that all external records are complete, or that third-party systems will always be available.

Users are responsible for confirming official tax, compliance, or legal positions through appropriate official channels where necessary.

We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, server downtime, payment provider interruptions, external system failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to suspend, block, limit, or refuse access to users, IP addresses, transactions, or requests suspected of abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, system misuse, or violation of these Terms.

We may also report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

All platform content, branding, designs, tools, software, workflows, text, graphics, and user interface elements are owned by or licensed to Jigrow Limited unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, copying, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or depend on third-party providers such as hosting providers, payment providers, analytics tools, security services, or external verification channels.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, terms, or performance of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jigrow Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.

We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect user input, third-party system failures, delayed responses, connectivity problems, unavailable records, payment provider issues, or reliance on verification results without further confirmation where required.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.

Any changes will be published on this page together with the revised effective date.

Continued use of Krachecker.co.ke after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
