How to Reset iTax Password & Log In
Follow these official steps to recover access to your Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) iTax account.

Step 1: Go to the Official Portal

Open the official KRA iTax web portal at itax.kra.go.ke.

Step 2: Enter KRA PIN

Enter your active KRA PIN in the User ID box and click Continue. (If you forgot your PIN, retrieve it below using your ID number).

Step 3: Click "Forgot Password"

Under the password prompt, click the "Forgot Password / Unlock Account" link.

Step 4: Solve Security Math & Submit

Verify your details, solve the simple arithmetic security question, and click Submit. A temporary login password will be sent to your registered email address.
